Possity Salad

1 container of Cool Whip
1 small pkg jello (I like strawberry) but you can use any flavor
1 can mandarine oranges (drained)
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
strawberries quarted
(use what ever fruit you desire or that is in season, these are just the ones I like)

thaw Cool Whip in refridgerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Drain and fold all of the friuts together.
Fold in Cool Whip and dry jello powder.

That is it ENJOY!

Chili Con Queso

Chili Con Queso

1 large Velveeta cheese (900 g or 32 oz)
4 cans Nalley Chili (15 oz cans) any style I use Original
1 Philly Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 Sour Cream (16 oz)

Cut Velveeta cheese into smaller blocks and put in slow cooker on medium head. Add Cream cheese, and chili. Let all the cheese melt. Once everything is hot add sour cream. Mix well.

Now, here is the really hard part. Grab some Tortilla chips, EAT and Enjoy

This makes quite a large pot. Great for parties.


To make smaller batch. Cut a couple 2 inch squares of Velveeta and add to slow cooker. Add 1 can of Chili and about 3 oz of Cream Cheese. Add about 2 Tbsp of Sour Cream.

If you want a bit of spice you can use spicy chili or add some salsa.
