Potato Corn Flake Casserole

Wow, It has been awhile since I posted....


Corn Flake Potatoes Casserole

SERVES 8

Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb) bags frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 10 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine potatoes, melted butter, salt and pepper
  2. Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; mix well.
  3. Put in 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Top with topping mixture.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
