Disney Inspired T-shirts

My niece made some Minnie Mouse t-shirts for her family last year.  When I was invited to California with my sister's family, I decided that we needed them for our trip.  So with the help of my niece I made some Minnie shirts too.  (I do not sew, so this was quite the adventure).
I then got an idea to make some different shirts.
I started off with Dopey (Mickey head)

Then on to Jack Skellington (Mickey head)
Then finished it off with Olaf from Frozen.
Got lots of compliments at Disneyland on this one.
Now I am trying to come up with some more ideas for my Tuacahn adventure.
Which I hope will consist of The Little Mermaid, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Wizard of Oz.
Stay tuned to see how they turn out.

Mothers Day Temple Shadow Boxes

For Mothers Day, I had my primary kids make their Mom's Temple shadow boxes. I etched the Vancouver British Columbia Temple on the glass from the shadow boxes, and painted them white. Then I cut different color scrapbooking paper into 4 x 4 squares. I gave them flowers, feathers, stickers, markers, ribbons and let them decorate them anyway they wanted for their mothers. They had lots of fun and were very creative. I was so busy helping that I forgot to take pictures. I did make one for myself
